Kosciusko Pearls

Kosciusko Pearls are premium quality brown trout roe for the discerning palate. Smaller than salmon roe but of similar radiant appearance they taste less salty than comparible products.

Kosciusko Pearls as the name implies are harvested in the ecoligically pristine environment of the Kosciusko Mountains. The farm is completely gravity fed from the waters of the Sandy Waterfall Creek and the eggs are harvested by hand without the aid of enzymes, preservatives or flavour enhancements (or additives).
